第五二章

¹For the choir director. A Maskil of David, when Doeg the Edomite came and told Saul and said to him, 'David has come to the house of Ahimelech.' Why do you boast in evil, O mighty man? The lovingkindness of God [endures] all day long.

¹（以東人多益來告訴掃羅說：大衛到了亞希米勒家。那時，大衛作這訓誨詩，交與伶長。）勇士啊，你為何以作惡自誇？神的慈愛是常存的。

²Your tongue devises destruction, Like a sharp razor, O worker of deceit.

²你的舌頭邪惡詭詐，好像剃頭刀，快利傷人。

³You love evil more than good, Falsehood more than speaking what is right. Selah.

³你愛惡勝似愛善，又愛說謊，不愛說公義。（細拉）

⁴You love all words that devour, O deceitful tongue.

⁴詭詐的舌頭啊，你愛說一切毀滅的話！

⁵But God will break you down forever; He will snatch you up and tear you away from [your] tent, And uproot you from the land of the living. Selah.

⁵神也要毀滅你，直到永遠；他要把你拿去，從你的帳棚中抽出，從活人之地將你拔出。（細拉）

⁶The righteous will see and fear, And will laugh at him, [saying],

⁶義人要看見而懼怕，並要笑他，

⁷'Behold, the man who would not make God his refuge, But trusted in the abundance of his riches [And] was strong in his [evil] desire.'

⁷說：看哪，這就是那不以神為他力量的人，只倚仗他豐富的財物，在邪惡上堅立自己。

⁸But as for me, I am like a green olive tree in the house of God; I trust in the lovingkindness of God forever and ever.

⁸至於我，就像神殿中的青橄欖樹；我永永遠遠倚靠　神的慈愛。

⁹I will give You thanks forever, because You have done [it], And I will wait on Your name, for [it is] good, in the presence of Your godly ones.

⁹我要稱謝你，直到永遠，因為你行了這事。我也要在你聖民面前仰望你的名；這名本為美好。
