About Us
Our mission and ministry
Our Mission
“Glorify God, build up people.”
Every feature exists to help you encounter God, grow in Christ, belong to real people, and send that growth back out.
Eden Sanctuary is an online community of believers who read Scripture together in English, Traditional Chinese, and Spanish, gather weekly over Zoom around a good book, pray for one another, and carry what they learn into their work and families.
How We Gather
Weekly book club
One book at a time, discussed together over Zoom every Saturday. Recordings and notes stay in the library.
Scripture in parallel
Read NASB, ESV, and the Chinese Union Version side by side, with the words of Jesus in red.
Prayer and care
Share a request on the prayer wall; the community prays, and the care team follows up personally.
Daily formation
Morning Sowing and Evening Reaping: short daily rhythms of Scripture, prayer, and reflection you can track over a season.
Who Hosts This
Eden Sanctuary is hosted by a small team of believers who lead the weekly gathering, moderate the community, and respond to prayer requests. Meet them at the next meeting, or write to us and we will introduce ourselves.
Statement of Faith
Scripture
The Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God.
God
One God eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ
Fully God and fully man, born of a virgin, lived sinlessly, died for our sins, and rose again.
Salvation
By grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone.
The Church
The body of Christ, called to worship, fellowship, and mission.
Return of Christ
The personal, visible return of Jesus Christ to earth.
